HBS bets on innovation and efficiency.

A highlight in the field of MARC welding (welding with magnetic rotating ARC) is represented by the launch of the new HBS MARC welding nuts (material: steel 4.8 and stainless steel A2-50) and the re-vised "MARC 1" generation manual pad- and nut-welding guns.
When talking about the convenient MARC welding nuts (whose price is comparable to resistance weld-ing nuts) it is especially worth emphasising the high level of process and handling safety achieved through a self centring of the welding nut.

In the field of systems engineering, HBS is presenting the CPW 0604 stud welding system in Stuttgart. The CPW 0604 offers high efficiency and positioning accuracy as well as maximum flexibility for differ-ent welding procedures such as capacitor discharge stud welding, drawn arc welding or short cycle drawn arc welding - even in applications with different work piece heights! The cost-effective and relia-ble HBS system also stands out due to its appealing design and perfect functionality. Other highlights include the easy programming, high cycle rates and rapid operating speeds.
